Refund Policy (GateReadyExpress)

GateReadyExpress provides administrative and concierge assistance for travel authorization applications (including, where applicable, Canada eTA). This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund.
1) Government Denial Refund Guarantee
If your travel authorization application submitted through GateReadyExpress is denied by the Government, we will provide a full refund of the amount you paid to GateReadyExpress for that order, provided that:

we submitted the application based on the information you provided, and
-
you can provide proof of the denial decision (if requested).
This guarantee does not apply if the denial results from false, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by you, or if you fail to respond to requests for required information.
2) Cancellations and Refunds Before Submission
Once you submit your application through our website, you acknowledge that we may begin the review and submission process within the timeframe indicated during checkout and/or during your application flow.
If you request a refund after we have started processing but before your application has been submitted to the Government, you may be eligible for a refund minus a cancellation fee of USD $35, to cover administrative and processing work already performed.
Important: If the application has already been submitted to the Government, it cannot be canceled and is generally not refundable, except under Section 1 (Government Denial Refund Guarantee).
3) Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests may be rejected if:

your application has already been submitted to the Government (except for denial under Section 1)

you cancel travel plans, change your mind, or no longer need the authorization

you provided incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or unauthorized information

you fail to provide required details or documents needed to submit your application

duplicate or multiple applications were placed without promptly contacting us (we may refund duplicates at our discretion)
4) Currency and Refund Timing
All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Any approved refund will be issued in USD to the original payment method.
If your bank or card provider converts currencies, you will receive the same USD amount refunded, and any exchange differences are controlled by your bank/card issuer.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3 business days, though it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the funds.
5) How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@gatereadyexpress.com and include:

The reason for your request

Full name(s) exactly as shown on the passport(s)

Passport number(s)

The email address used to place the order

If multiple applicants are included, list all names and passport numbers
Refund requests are reviewed within 72 hours.
