We provide an online application assistance service to help users complete and submit travel authorization applications (including, where applicable, Canada eTA). Our Services may include:

  • Reviewing information you provide for completeness and obvious inconsistencies

  • Formatting and preparing your submission

  • Submitting the application to the relevant government authority (when applicable)

  • Sending you status updates and the outcome once received

Important: We are not the government. We do not control approvals, refusals, or processing timelines.

3. Eligibility and Authority

You represent that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and

  • You have the right and authority to submit information for yourself or another applicant (e.g., a family member), and

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Entering correct passport details, personal data, and travel information

  • Reviewing the information before payment and submission

  • Ensuring your passport is valid and meets requirements

  • Meeting all entry requirements (visa/eTA, passport validity, return ticket, etc.)

If you provide incorrect or incomplete information, your application may be delayed, refused, or invalid, and refunds may be limited as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Review Before Submission

Before you pay and/or before we submit your application, you may have an opportunity to review the details provided. You must correct any errors immediately. If you notice an error after submission, contact us at info@gatereadyexpress.com as soon as possible; changes may not be possible once submitted.

6. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, which may include:

  • Our service fee (administrative/concierge support), and

  • Any government fees (if included in your package)

Your payment may be processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments and its partners). Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable law.

7. Delivery of Service / Communication

We deliver our service electronically via email and/or the Site. You agree that:

  • You will provide a valid email address and phone number, and

  • You will check your inbox (and spam folder) for updates.

8. Processing Times

Any stated timeframes (e.g., “minutes,” “same day,” “express”) are estimates based on typical cases and do not guarantee a result. Delays may occur due to government processing, verification requests, technical interruptions, or high volume.

9. Government Decisions and Validity

Approvals, refusals, validity periods, number of entries, and conditions are determined solely by the issuing government. For example, a Canada eTA is generally valid for a limited period and/or until passport expiry (whichever comes first), subject to government rules at the time of issuance.

10. Cancellations

If you request cancellation, we will assess whether your application has already been reviewed and/or submitted. Once submitted to the government, cancellation may not be possible. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful activity, fraud, or misrepresentation

  • Submit false, stolen, or third-party identity/payment information without authorization

  • Attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape content, or bypass security

  • Infringe intellectual property rights or upload malicious code

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, branding, layout, graphics, logos) is owned by GateReadyExpress or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or resell it without written permission.

13. Service Availability

We may update, modify, or pause the Site/Services for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We are not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control (including outages, hosting failures, government system downtime, or force majeure events).

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for losses caused by government refusals, delays, policy changes, travel disruptions, missed flights, or inadmissibility decisions.

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or submission of inaccurate/unauthorized information.

17. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before filing a chargeback, you agree to contact us at info@gatereadyexpress.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes shall be Clark County, Nevada, unless consumer protection laws require otherwise.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” indicates the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
